Conversion of paperwork into electronic format

Abronet can take colour or mono scanning of drawings, manuals, records, graphics, posters of up to A3 in size and convert them into many recognisable electronic formats including: TIFF, GIF, JPG, PDF, PNG and others.

Scanning is an excellent solution to reduce your expensive storage space, electronically archiving paperwork or to share documents more easily within your organisation.

Your files can be cut down to just a few CDs or DVDs, which can be digitally indexed according to your own filing system.

Key Benefits:

Reduce filing and storage space - Whether you have invoices, project files, correspondence, contracts, purchase orders or other documents we can convert your documentation into the electronic format which best suits the needs your business. Typically you can store 3 filing cabinets of plain text information on one DVD thereby saving thousands of pounds per year on document storage space.

Reduce your administration costs - Information can be accessed and filed quickly from your desk improving productivity from your administration staff. Also by having the documents in electronic format they are easier and quicker to share through email or sent on a CD. Overall, reducing printing, photocopying and postage costs.

Improved risk management - Many companies, large and small have little or no provision in place in the event of an office fire.

Most companies have regular tape backups of their electronic data but what about backups of all your paperwork?

A recent report indicated that companies which suffered a total loss of their documentation due to fire went out of business within 12 months.

Document scanning and archival enables you to have multiple copies of your documents on and off-site and these can be re- instated within minutes of any disaster so that staff can carry on with their work.
